Google Developer Student clubs are the university based community groups for students interested in Google technologies. NPTEL

The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL), a project funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), provides e-learning through online Web and Video courses in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, Management and Humanities.
This is a joint initiative by seven IITs and IISc Bangalore. Other selected premier institutions also act as Associate Partner Institutions.NPTEL provides free online courseware in the form of web courses and video lectures.
These lectures utilize a multitude of facilities of the video medium such as chalk-and-talk, tablet writing, power point, two and three dimensional animations, interactive codes, etc. Each course comprises approximately 40-video lectures of about 1-hour duration.
An online discussion forum is incorporated wherein students can post and review questions. Wherever applicable, course assignments, handouts, self-evaluation tasks, etc. have been integrated. Workshops are routinely conducted for institutes, students, mentors, etc. under the auspices of NPTEL.
Five engineering branches (Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and Communication and Mechanical) and core science programmes that all engineering students are required to take in their undergraduate engineering programme in India were chosen initially. Motivation programme for students to enroll in NPTEL Students are motivated to join NPTEL Programme because of following benefits.

It enhances Knowledge for the course which is free of cost.
It engraves interests deeper for the course by solving assignments and submitting them periodically.
It provides assistance from the internal mentors in case of difficulties in understanding the course sessions.(Imp: To take assistance ,choosing the internal Mentor is required ).
It provides Scholarship if appeared for Exam. The candidates become eligible to pay 50% of the exam fee.
It provides Certificates based on how the candidate performs in the Examination for the chosen course. This certification has a IIT Logo with the Category mentioned as Elite+Gold (>=90), Elite+Silver(75-89),Elite(>=60), Successfully Completed (40-59).
It adds more weightage to the skill set of students by making Resume impressive as courses will be certified by IITs

The college rewards the students by giving monetary benefits to National Toppers. It Highly Focuses on Employment and Entrepreneurship.

The NPTEL Awareness Programme was scheduled on 29 July 2017.This Awareness programme was inaugurated by Prof. Satyaki Roy National Coordinator NPTEL, IIT Kanpur.In this Programme Professor Prof. Satyaki Roy interacted with students of Babu Banarasi Das Northern india Institute of Technology,Lucknow about joining NPTEL online courses.Following members constituted the NPTEL Team who graced the dais along with Honorable Director Prof. (Dr.)V.K.Singh.

Spoken-tutorial:-

The Spoken Tutorial project is funded by the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India.

It is an Industry-driven learning eco-system.

The Spoken Tutorial Project is about teaching and learning a particular FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) like Linux, Scilab, LaTeX, PHP & MySQL, Java, C/C++, LibreOffice etc. via an easy Video tool – Spoken Tutorials.

Spoken Tutorial Project, IIT Bombay Certificates will be issued to all the students who take test in the Spoken Tutorial open source software’s.
Guidance is provided by the team at IIT Bombay.

6	BASH	Certificate	Bash is a “Unix shell” command-line interface for interacting with the operating system. Bash has the ability to run an entire script of commands, known as a “Bash Shell script” or “Shell script”. Familiarity with GNU/Linux command lines, and familiarity with basic programming concepts is a pre-requisite for learning BASH. Polytechnic/UG/PG computer hardware students and system administrators will greatly benefit by learning to automate common tasks using BASH.

16	eSim	Certificate	eSim (previously known as Oscad / FreeEDA) is an open source EDA tool for circuit design, simulation, analysis and PCB design.
